If you have a technical support issue, we can be contacted during normal office hours, 9.00am - 5.30pm, as follows:


     Contracts can also be tailor made under the following categories:

Bronze

  • Next day working response.

  • All travel and labour chargeable.

  • All parts chargeable.

  • 24 hour telephone helpline.

  • 1 or 2 preventative maintenance visits. 


Silver

  • 6 hour response to site.

  • All travel and labour included.

  • All parts chargeable.

  • 24 hour telephone helpline.

  • 1 or 2 preventative maintenance visits.


Gold

  • 6 hour response to site.

  • All travel and labour included.

  • All parts included.

  • 24 hour telephone helpline.

  • 1 or 2 preventative maintenance visits.
