• 1/12/2009 Basingstoke: 365 iT plc announced today that it has acquired the IT managed services and computer hosting specialist 7 Global Group Ltd (7global) from LMS Capital plc, the LSE listed international investment group. In addition LMS have taken a 12.5% equity interest in 365 iT.

• 21/4/2009 Basingstoke: 365 iT Plc announces its acquisition of 5i Limited, a leading provider of Unified Communications (UC) solutions, thanks to a £1.15m debt package from The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). The purchase of 5i, which was funded
  by a combination of debt and equity, provides further indication that the end of the financial crisis may be in sight.
